Tarsan is a 4 year old kitty. This poor sweetie was found abandoned in front of a store in a carrier. He loves everyone wants be cuddled and petted. As soon as you touch him he will start to purr up a storm. He will fall asleep on your lap while making the cute kitty biscuits. He is such a love. What he really wants is a home where someone will take care of him and love him forever!!
