Charlie is a beautiful and affectionate boy! He is ready to find a family that will love him and give him all the care he has never had in life. Charlie is a shy pup, but can get attached to you very easy when you start to pet him. After he gets comfortable, he loves to play and also belly rubs are his favorite.
