Elija is an absolutely adorable teeny tiny male Chihuahua. He is super sweet his favorite spot is cuddling in your lap with you petting him. He is a superstar walking on the leash and he will follow you around everywhere. He can’t figure out how he is in this rescue and he wants a Homevisit on as soon as possible.
