Frankie is an incredibly sweet and friendly little adorable one year old Chihuahua. He loves everyone and only wants to be with you. He loves to play and his favorite toy is a little teddy bear that he takes everywhere with him.  Frankie loves to go for walks on the leash and he is friends with everyone.  He is a wonderful companion will make someone incredibly happy  he is not happy at the rescue and he still wants out because scared with all the sounds and noises  he is waiting very patiently for somebody to come and rescue him forever
