Winter is the cutest female chihuahua. She is extremely scared and nervous being in the rescue but once she is comfortable she is the biggest cuddle bug. She will crawl up on your lap and stare at you waiting for some love. She loves to be pet under her little chin. Winter loves to play and is learning commands with volunteers and is a fast learner. She is very eager to please. Please consider opening your heart and your home to this angel.
